Work life balance is best here and also job security. Companies support in adverse conditions is very good.

The salary hike is not great. If project doesnt do good the employees get affected even after putting so much hard work.

They train for some topic. Assign you to a team where you have to work on a completely different topic. Then they expect you to be master at it even after knowing you haven't been trained for it. They keep changing teams, hence no scope of improvement in a single topic and then they blame you for not working as per expectation. There is close to no salary hike after year end and getting a bonus is like a dream. They will not give everyone enough time to finish their work some of them need to work overtime everyday. They have meeting everyday that will take more time and we are not able to complete our work.
