Test Architect

Experience: 11+ years in software testing, with a minimum of 4+ years in test automation architecture.•

Tools and Frameworks: Expertise in automation tools (Selenium, Appium, etc.), test frameworks (JUnit, TestNG)• Languages: Strong programming skills in at least one language (Java, Python, C#, etc.).• CI/CD Knowledge:

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration with automated testing tools. Leadership: Proven track record of mentoring and leading QA teams.• Agile/DevOps: Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Roles and Responsibilities:Define and implement test automation architecture across multiple products and platforms.

Architect and develop scalable, maintainable, and robust automation frameworks using industry-standard tools and practices.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Establish and maintain test strategies for both automation and manual testing to ensure omprehensive test coverage.

Build and maintain test automation scripts for functional, regression, using tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, etc.

Experience in JavaScript , API Testing (Rest Assured or Postman), DB Testing

Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).

Lead and oversee manual testing efforts, including exploratory, usability, and regression testing.

Establish manual testing processes for complex use cases that cannot be automated effectively.

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to QA engineers, including both manual and automation testers.

Review and improve existing testing practices, promoting best practices in test automation and manual testing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are met.

Drive continuous improvements in testing strategies, tools, and processes.

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in test automation and manual testing methodologies.

Identify areas for performance optimization and technical debt reduction in testing processes.
