Organization is nice but process is too lengthy and employees are taking too much time to clear the thing as in peer coordination.

Likes

All teammates are wonderful, cooperative, helpful and professional. Job security is not as bright as it was 7-8 years back.Work environment is average and employees are now not happy with the way they are put under work pressure. Travel opportunities are limited to some top ranking officials. Appraisals are mostly partial and questionable.

Dislikes

Appraisals are not fair. You have to be blue-eyed boy of your bosses for any career growth. Often old timer are sidelined and new ones are put above them

Work Details

System audit of commercial complexes, residential complexes and shopping malls. Operation/ maintenance of electromechanical installations, client meeting, maintaining compliance, Implementing company's SOP & Engineer9 guidelines

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
