It is a good experience in Diya system. We will get opportunity in career growth. Have a good relation with Higher hierarchy and with juniors. Everyone are supportive. Since it is nearer to my location, I successfully completed 3 years. Compensation and benefits are less compare to other company. Overall, I'm happy working in Diya system.

Compensation and benefits are less compare to other company. Hikes( Salary) are less. Employers are not getting salary what they deserve. Company has politics, but I never experienced. Management are not listen workers opinion.

I joined in 2017. I'm working as junior level administrator. It is related to giving technical support to our clients/ customer via chat. Learned about campaign, surveys, events and sign up forms. I have good relation with Teammates.

It is technical support related to web hosting company. Company culture is good. But if you think about outside scope for the profile, most of the time you will get opertunities only in bpos. Since company located in manglor i suggest to join if you are fresher because you will learn lot about working culture if not tech skills.

I have worked for almost 3 years where I have never regretted for joining Diya systems not even once in 3 years. I have severely enjoyed being there. Job security is 100%, work culture is well managed and explained, company policies are explained properly. Salary is credited on time. Training, food, accommodation, hospitality, guidance, support is too good. I am regretting for leaving the job at Diya Systems thinking that I had got a better opportunity which was wrong. Team managers and team mates are very co- operative and supportive. You will get better opportunities to showcase your talent once you join. You can explore yourself for internal jobs. Initially you might find the job difficult but once you get adjusted you will never look back. The compensations, incentives are higher than you can imagine. I was working as a Junior Administrator where I was assigned the job of assisting customers regarding hosting and troubleshooting their problems. I have even worked as webcoach for few months and trained new joinees.

'Diya Systems (Mangalore) Private Limited' was a best flatform for the fresher's to improve their skills. Excellent office accommodation and Cab facilities. Seniors are too friendly, good team as well as Team Manager. Overall its a nice experience to me.
