Hectic work, most of the time it's impossible to take off your eye from the computer even for few seconds, get blamed for other's mistakes and no actions are taken against those employees. Server issue 95% of the time. Not enough help from managers, they rarely reply back when a doubt is asked. Very less salary

I was working as a Engineer Trainee in Diya Systems. To be honest very hectic place to work here as a freshers. The interview process is very complicated, there will be 4-5 rounds for a technical support job. You will be stressed all the day and the rotational shift is even more worst. Afterall it's just a BPO what can you expect. Handle 4 chats (chat, billings, sales tech). 9 hours of work with only 40 minutes which we have to take at once.
