Diya is a outsourcing company more of a third party, so it's one of the demerits, apart from that no issues with receiving salary on time, Diya faculty members are good, you would be given an opportunity you wouldn't be left aside. Transportation is one of the challenges if work from office is made mandatory depending on the processyou are hired for. Would get an opportunity to resolve server related issues. Managers are good. Salary is less but incentives like night shift allowence is good.

I was working as a Engineer Trainee in Diya Systems. To be honest very hectic place to work here as a freshers. The interview process is very complicated, there will be 4-5 rounds for a technical support job. You will be stressed all the day and the rotational shift is even more worst. Afterall it's just a BPO what can you expect. Handle 4 chats (chat, billings, sales tech). 9 hours of work with only 40 minutes which we have to take at once.
