I was working as a Engineer Trainee in Diya Systems. To be honest very hectic place to work here as a freshers. The interview process is very complicated, there will be 4-5 rounds for a technical support job. You will be stressed all the day and the rotational shift is even more worst. Afterall it's just a BPO what can you expect. Handle 4 chats (chat, billings, sales tech). 9 hours of work with only 40 minutes which we have to take at once. I was hired for a senior position at Glowtouch, only to be deceived and relegated to a much k role. From HR to the recruiter, operational manager, and senior HR, everyone lied to me. It be evident that their sole intention was to exploit my technical knowledge for a monotonous cha support role. The skills and experience I brought tothe table were completely wasted. The company's culture is dehumanizing; they treat employees like machines with no regard for personal life. My team manager was the worst live encountered in my career, and despite ever. being aware of this, no action was taken. My advice to interns and new joiners: do not waste your career here. They lure you in with false promises and once you join, you're trapped in a mechanical, soul-crushing routine. This isn't just opinion; ask any agent working here. If you want to learn and grow in terms of a career then it is the right place to start. I have seen people at Diya start as support executives and become L2 server admin

The work culture is bad. There is too much politics and favoritism. Even if you have the skills, the person with no skills gets promoted just because he is on good terms with the management.
