Everything is bad, no job security, never join this company, you will learn nothing. Managers have no idea about the job - a SEO manager doesn't know what SEO is they are just managers because of their relation with CEO and because of their lack of knowledge they don't understand what you are trying to do and will just be arrogant. You have to be a puppet here. No company growth, no salary growth no matter how much you work. Digitex have a great working environment. Company management is very good, always thinks about all employees and give's you an opportunity to grow your skills. Company policies are very clear, nothing is hidden.

Dislikes

Just they need to improve their salary paying process, Paying on time, but after 10th of each month. They should pay between 5 to 10.
