It's helpful the company employee as well... I am very lucky to a part of digital team india.. company gives a more benefit to employees.. but some times it doesn't work for employees.. because it is a target job..

It was target job..we are getting problems nhi salary system some times.. and salary is good but career growth is slow..there is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign.

The job is quite interesting.. l struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.. l learnt everything on the job. And l am looking for different types of work on other department
