If you are expecting your promotions or hikes to happen every year on a fixed date, then probably that will be your illusion. There is no such systematic process that exists here to monitor employee’s performance. This certainly breaches the transparency, and you may never know, even after giving your best and working that hard, you may not get what you deserve.
