I remember, a month ago, I was called in this company for an interview. My interview was supposed to be at 11. I reached on time, despite a long and hectic travel. After I came to the place, I waited for 2 long hours just for the primary round. After overdone with my patience, I got tired, being the obvious thing, and left their office without a word spoken to anyone. At 4 in the evening, I received a call from their HR guy questioning me for not showing up for the interview. Even then, I had my patience and explained him the entire scenario, on which that fine person started to give me a lecture on having patience, and even telling me that no one noticed me in the office. Well, I have not worked here, but have had a worst experience which I have said above. Even after knowing this if you feel you could cope with such alike situations, and manage working here, then good luck.

I am confused to speak of pros as I have nothing to talk of it. But certainly, I have much to talk of the cons part.

Don’t believe on surveys conducted here. They are just fake. It is shocking but real. Sometimes, your seniors will shamelessly give their work to you, and you have no choice, but to do it with your routine stuff. There are many such things; and at the end, after getting frustrated, you will make a good decision like me of quitting company. 😉

I had worked here for 1 year, and this one year was well enough for me to make a switch decision. There is no cooperative approach from anyone. Managers are good with their inappropriate language, and TL are good with their egos. Just if you are in between these guys, then you are no less than in a hell. You will feel like it. To have a healthy and long termed service association with any company, it is essential that people with whom you are working should be competent, supportive, cordial and softspoken. It is the core aspect, if its missing then no one could serve for long. It’s the same case that has happened to me.

Politics of some or the other level is what one has to deal with in the office. Be ready for it if you want to survive and sustain. Need to work out a way to handle it yourself. Rest of the things are fine, and there is no need to worry much. Liking the work I am doing. Learning and growing is happening as expected

If you have good opportunity, just join there. This workplace has no good things in it. You will get frustrated with time. No positive & happening stuffs in place, and even there is no motivation.

There is every chance that you could be a part of unethical practices because the company itself is unethical from head to toe! Extracting fictitious data is what they could ask you to do. It has happened with me once. They don’t believe in following realistic research methodology. So be careful

There aren’t any standard procedures followed. Fake surveys are conducted knowingly, which itself is a big disappointment for the company’s reputation. Not reliable for clients, and nor for its employees.

I came here for an interview, it was10 in the morning. I was on time. When I reached the office, I was told to wait. My waiting continued till 12:30, and then this was an overdone thing for me. I left their office without speaking a word. Why would they do such things of wasting people’s time. I just don’t get it. In that very evening, I received a call from their HR, and ask me that what I didn’t come to office for interview. I was surprised, that they even didn’t knew about a candidate waiting for its interview call. Hi, Being a new startup the company is good in terms of People , salaries disbursement, work etc. talking about the promotions , ofcourse work hard and get the best and the job also secured but an employee has to give thier best to the orgaisation. Nothing like anything.Its hardly takes 16 to 18 hours work forcely with employee, mentally haras always , no any leave provided, work for 7 days continuously 16 to 18 hours. Dhruva Research is a poisioness place for work,it's fatal place

It's poisioness to work Dhruva Research,it's totally kills work life balance, Totally Mentally harassed regularly 16 to 18 hours per day,there is no leave , leave only shows on roster but really it's not implemented. Dhruva Research regularly mentally haras the employee,they takes 14 to 17 hours work in a day forcely,No paid for holiday fully work 17 hours , Dhruva Research is fake company they harash employee and no pay for extra work,they takes extra work long still no pay for extra work,only thrat by supervisor and make LOP even you are suffering from any serious disease, they cut pay for your salary, even you submitted medical document, supervisor says forcely work even you I'll,and threat for LOP cut salary and says no matter how you seriously ill.
