Bad experience for me. For them, a definition of good employees means those who would stay as their puppets. No fixed work hours, they will tell you to work for hours as per their need. Worst place. Work life balance is just a mess.

Dislikes

Many people that I know in this company are fed up with all those aspects that I said above, but still, I don’t understand why they still are working here. They looked disturbed, stressed, and don’t seem happy to work here. I wish they too realize what’s good for them and take the necessary decision, at least for their own health.

Got nothing to say good about this place. Not just me, few of my colleagues who quit this company with me, even have the same opinion. Leaving their opinion aside, I would say that there is nothing that will benefit you or help you progress. Working here will only help you with a headache.

I remember, a month ago, I was called in this company for an interview. My interview was supposed to be at 11. I reached on time, despite a long and hectic travel. After I came to the place, I waited for 2 long hours just for the primary round. After overdone with my patience, I got tired, being the obvious thing, and left their office without a word spoken to anyone. At 4 in the evening, I received a call from their HR guy questioning me for not showing up for the interview. Even then, I had my patience and explained him the entire scenario, on which that fine person started to give me a lecture on having patience, and even telling me that no one noticed me in the office. Well, I have not worked here, but have had a worst experience which I have said above. Even after knowing this if you feel you could cope with such alike situations, and manage working here, then good luck.

Love your job not your company” is aptly applicable over here. Just do your work properly, and ignore rest of the things. Managers sometime behave in a partial manner, and take the TLs for granted. The workload keeps on varying. Very few things which are in your control. For now, it is manageable as far as I am concerned

I had certain issues with my salary account, so I contacted HR and ask them for necessary procedures. But, man, they were so slow and what should I say. I was just too irritated and frustrated with their support. And the worst part is that there is nowhere and no one that you could go to. So, yes, you must bear this all.

Learning happens to a certain extent. Growth is okay kind. Work becomes repetitive after some time. Seniors are average. Policies and approach is just about fine. That is all I would like to say.

Things are distorted. A big problem with people attitudes in this place. A normal guy won’t like to work here. You need to be a superman to tolerate all their nonsense and insulting attitude. I am not the person who could tolerate all such things. I just left the place in 2 months.

These guys don’t keep their promise. Be careful and think twice before trusting them. They just waste everybody’s time. Not all of them are bad, but majority of them.

This is a froud company. Dont join in this company after 5 6 months of your joining they kick out from the company Even they didn't give time they say resign today and you have to resign today otherwise they won't give your salary....very bad experience

Hi, Being a new startup the company is good in terms of People , salaries disbursement, work etc. talking about the promotions , ofcourse work hard and get the best and the job also secured but an employee has to give thier best to the orgaisation. Nothing like anything.Its hardly takes 16 to 18 hours work forcely with employee, mentally haras always , no any leave provided, work for 7 days continuously 16 to 18 hours. Dhruva Research is a poisioness place for work,it's fatal place

It's poisioness to work Dhruva Research,it's totally kills work life balance, Totally Mentally harassed regularly 16 to 18 hours per day,there is no leave , leave only shows on roster but really it's not implemented. Dhruva Research regularly mentally haras the employee,they takes 14 to 17 hours work in a day forcely,No paid for holiday fully work 17 hours , Dhruva Research is fake company they harash employee and no pay for extra work,they takes extra work long still no pay for extra work,only thrat by supervisor and make LOP even you are suffering from any serious disease, they cut pay for your salary, even you submitted medical document, supervisor says forcely work even you I'll,and threat for LOP cut salary and says no matter how you seriously ill.
