The HR. Inexperienced leader in Corporate HR. Site HR team has no say or they don't bother ...HR Process is unorganised and not employee centric. Knowingly or Unknowingly they trouble the employee, especially once they resign for career improvement. Inspite of the fact that they will give you 100s of reason to leave. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
