Toxic workplace, Favourism, office politics and no work life balance, there is lot of discrimination in terms of allocation of work ,language discrimination if you know hindi then there is high chance of becoming manger’s favourite .otherwise they will ignore you and people and management makes your life hell here . And the decisions judgment of individuals will be taken based on the opinion of their favourite employees . You don’t get chance to speak at all . Environment makes your life hell here if any one is stronger enough to tolerate the harassment good to join here , other don’t see money and join here if you really need peace of mind . They may push a person to any extend even you may start getting suicidal thoughts after joining the team . Promotion and monthly recognition will be given Only to their favourite employees .
