The bank has good policies however the local management moulds to the worst. There are no controls on management and authentication for their decisions. Jaipur location is worst place to work with DB as localites has neither manners to deal with situation nor with colleagues hence they keep buttering and FAVORITISM at top priority and work at least. If you're not from Jaipur and don't know office politics than No matter how efficient worker you're it's all ZERO or maybe negative....Read More
