The team i worked with was just brilliant, the work is hectic and the same time challenging. Salary will be Credited by 25th and you also have sodexo coupons which is more helpful rather than carrying cash Transportation is good. Appraisal was late, long working hours based on the region you support. Appreciation get un noticed to higher authorities. Any new joinee have to take time out and train them step by step which was very boring.

As i was part of Prime Brokerage team, work was hectic and same time challenging. I worked for all the regions during my tenure worked for Emerging Markets, Euroclear, European and Also US and Canada Team. Every month you have that employee recognition.

Some trainings were good, but it can only be applied by the "best" members in the team.

Dislikes

Management has soft corner for their friends and family members. Others in the team are seen as a liability to them and they give irrelevant and unsatisfactory feedback.

Though work was insteresting the work life culture was not worth being a part of. The management was good till they changed the management. Ever since, the culture was at a downhill and they cared less for their own team member's health due to workload
