Do not KRU research research. Total waste of time also learning is NIL. VP and AVPs are poor and corrupt. Jaipur lead doesn't know ABCD of mgmt also she is unprofessionally toxic she can go to any extent for her promotion and salary hike. Team hardly matters for her. KRU team is a team of needy, low grade mentally dumb ppl who work 12 to 16 hrs daily without complaining. They extract documents only from different registry portals. For this low level job also they play lot of politics. Even BPO has better job security, work life balance and HR policies. Jaipur localities who are old timers here not all but most of them are involved in either buttering or backbiting and are not supportive at all. KRU team be it north or south it's toxic everywhere.
