Since 2022 it has transformed itself from a banking/product based culture to low grade service based company. Most of the people even with low salaries are getting bare minimum hikes 0-4% though they are hiring tons of VPs at 65-70lpa. Even if you are deserving you will not be promoted. They will keep giving you false promises, this quarter and next quarter and then you are stuck there in hope. Hikes are bad 2%, 3% only. Sitting 8 hrs in office, even if you do not have any work.

Dislikes

Pathetic work culture and old timers are only interested in playing office politics and doing micro management. Non transparent policies and head heavy organisation. During recruitment HR promises career progression and try to fit a level lower but due to lack of transparency promotion etc. are distant myth for new recruits.
