This is a place where an employee are treat as labour (bandhua majdoor), not respected or valuable. Policies are just for audit purpose as HR's are not supportive as they are only paid to pass on info to business instead of helping or supporting employees. What we earn is high level of stress, diseases, mental stress (new illness), poor communication, little growth as same like salary.

Liked the work culture. Manager and tram was super helpful. The best part is no one ask you why did you take casual leave and no one is bothered as well. And the manager even ask you to block your leaves earlier as well.

The work is hectic sometimes you might have to work overtime but it’s not always.

Good Place for people who really want to learn and earn. Job security factor is also there for average rating employees.

Pathetic co. to work. Extreme office politics, favouritism, pathetic mgmt. No proper appraisal system/promotion. No learning/ skill development. Employees are highly insecured including higher mgmt. The organisation is goal oriented and the goals are communicated clearly. Most leaders are not micro managers and give a platform for the teams to grow.

Dislikes

The salary hike in India has been terrible over the last 3 years. Even though the company makes unprecedented profits it is not shared with the employees. The bonus payouts are very bad as well at all levels if compared to other international banks.

1) you are gone if you get Indian manager. they run the projects like they own the company. 2) no new learning and no career growth, 3) no motivation at work, 4) stuck and stagnant old-aged people around you all the time, 5) everyone wants to save his/her chair(job) even there is no path to learn.
