This is manpower supply noteven Tier4. They support only Telugu people. If you are a fresher they will send you into mahindra research valley as 4+years experienced candidate. 4 months work location another 8 month bench work. If you have zero knowledge in design , you have recommendations inside MRV , you are selected.

Inside mahindra research valley - freshers sent as 4+years experience so in department they expect candidates to perform in that effective way 😔, probably as a fresher they won't help because MRV don't know this person is freshers.
