* HR Seniors do not follow office timings. * During probation of 3 months managers do not cooperate and pressurize too much. * Due to bond & high rate of attrition there is tremendous pressure on recruitment team. * Terrible policy is, resigned employees get their full and final settle ment after 5-6 months. They have some reputed clients, but working in service based company you won't involve in core work. Only drafting and modelling.

Leave policy is terrible. Bond of 3 years in this time is totally impractical. Overall no growth for sure. 3 month notice period so, Mosley no one will hire easily in next company because of notice period

For them, you are just a cheap labour. For fresher , salary is 12k pm. With 3 years of bond & 3 month of notice period. After 3 years , salary will be around 20k. They send you to client location all over India without any training.

Dislikes

There is nothing to liked for this company. Only top managers are getting paychecks and others are just counting peanuts.also, they have inhuman 3 month notice period. If you want to leave early, then they ask you for money. Only join this company, if you have no more options. Otherwise you will regret joining here.

Company send the employees to client location as its an engineering service company. Company don't take care of employees at client location. Company don't do any investment on employees skills enhancement, whatever an employee learn is what he do at client location. Joining designtech is easy but leaving it is difficult as it has 3 months notice period and 3 years bond . Company is good only for freshers and not for experience candidates as you will be working in same domain after your experience is no guarantee.
