For them, you are just a cheap labour. For fresher , salary is 12k pm. With 3 years of bond & 3 month of notice period. After 3 years , salary will be around 20k. They send you to client location all over India without any training.

Dislikes

There is nothing to liked for this company. Only top managers are getting paychecks and others are just counting peanuts.also, they have inhuman 3 month notice period. If you want to leave early, then they ask you for money. Only join this company, if you have no more options. Otherwise you will regret joining here.

Very low salary. They will treat you like servant. No work life balance they will send you suddenly anywhere and you have to adjust anyhow. Also they have 3 years bond and they literally suck your life during this.
