Management should start paying attention to employees if any issue is raised. Several employees left because of reporting manager issues still the management is least bothered about it. No immediate actions taken in this regard.

This is manpower supply noteven Tier4. They support only Telugu people. If you are a fresher they will send you into mahindra research valley as 4+years experienced candidate. 4 months work location another 8 month bench work. If you have zero knowledge in design , you have recommendations inside MRV , you are selected.

Inside mahindra research valley - freshers sent as 4+years experience so in department they expect candidates to perform in that effective way 😔, probably as a fresher they won't help because MRV don't know this person is freshers.
