Its horrible to work here. Employee here feel like laborers. Very less hikes. More politics. No leaves. Mainly u can't get out of this company even u get a new job bcz of 3mnths notice period. When they want to, they wil not give any notice to the employee. They always shift south people to north & north to south. So u dnt get Leaves more than 3 days.

If you are a fresher they will send you into mahindra research valley as 4+years experienced candidate. 4 months work location another 8 month bench work. If you have zero knowledge in design , you have recommendations inside MRV , you are selected.
