...bond (it was 3 years before) during which the salaries are nothing but pathetic. At the time of writing this assesment salary for fresher was 13k. People have to move to different client locations based on requirements across india. Company provides guest houses at client locations, which has to be shared with atleast 6-10 other employees when needed. They pay for maintenaces of the guest houses. Recruits who are not sent to client location have to stay at head offices. The office space at Hyderabad looks more like a institute than a office. The chairs are just not sutable for sitting considering the long hours we have to work. The fact that people have to come in shifts to work explains the lack of infrastructure. They do not want to spend money on IT infrastucture. The work culture is toxic, its unfriendly. Its a office where people dont work as a team but against one another. Managers play blame game. they follow a culture of overworking. where we have to come on sundays when asked to. Spending extra hours at office is not compensated. Employees are not given credit for work. Mistakes are called out loud. Managers are known for insulting and questioning employees education and worth. Managers abuse their authority , use fear to maintain control and lack empathy. they usually set impossible deadlines which are difficult to meet. Coming to benefits, Employees are given Paid leaves and Casual leaves but no sick leaves. we can claim travel expenses when going to client location. There is no thing called as job security at Designtech. They will use you make profit out of you and make sure conditions worse and worse till you leave the company . Honestly NOTHING is likable about this company. I urge people to think twice before joing this place.

...ike recently I got training for SIEMENS PLM Software called as TEAMCENTER10.0 2) Salary growth is good. (Performance basis, last time hike was in between 20 % to 35%). 3) Average load & belonging team members are helpful.

As my job profile is related with , providing training to students & faculties of Govt engg. College (SIEMENS PROJECT Center of excellence) on NX CAD/CAM/PLM/CAE softwares, i.e actually enhancing your own grip , understanding & side by side designing skills (engg. Drawing/ drawing languages) over the software & engineering drawings. But but.......... sometime you will ask yourself .....is it real designing or you are just bluffing. Though the company involved in training & project execution (designing), but they will not allow you.

* No reviews or 1 on 1 meeting for salary hikes and promotion, they fixed % for everyone wrt their exp. * Don't expect immediate FNF amounts after reliving organisation. * They will take 6 months to 1 year for FNF settlement, which you hardly earned (1 month salary+PL encash). * Strictly follows 3 months Notice period but don't expect that mush honesty/Strict in FNF (Quick action) settlement. * * * * ###Think twice before joining and resigning##

You get a very good learning opportunity, especially for freshers. Your peers are very helpful and co-operative. My manager (Giriprasad) was very polite and helpful towards me and encouraged me to learn a lot in my field (CAE).

Dislikes

HR and Mangement policies can be a nightmare. Don't expect a lot in terms of salary, you won't get any different figures even if you try hard to convince them. The bond which the make you sign is also a big minus.
