I have been at designTech systems for enough time to write this review, I hope people who are planning to join this company make the right choice. To start with the company gives you offer with 2 years bond (it was 3 years before) during which the salaries are nothing but pathetic. At the time of writing this assesment salary for fresher was 13k. People have to move to different client locations based on requirements across india. Company provides guest houses at client locations, which has to be shared with atleast 6-10 other employees when needed. They pay for maintenaces of the guest houses. Recruits who are not sent to client location have to stay at head offices. The office space at Hyderabad looks more like a institute than a office. The chairs are just not sutable for sitting considering the long hours we have to work. The fact that people have to come in shifts to work explains the lack of infrastructure. They do not want to spend money on IT infrastucture. The work culture is toxic, its unfriendly. Its a office where people dont work as a team but against one another. Managers play blame game. they follow a culture of overworking. where we have to come on sundays when asked to. Spending extra hours at office is not compensated. Employees are not given credit for work. Mistakes are called out loud. Managers are known for insulting and questioning employees education and worth. Managers abuse their authority , use fear to maintain control and lack empathy. they usually set impossible deadlines which are difficult to meet. Coming to benefits, Employees are given Paid leaves and Casual leaves but no sick leaves. we can claim travel expenses when going to client location. There is no thing called as job security at Designtech. They will use you make profit out of you and make sure conditions worse and worse till you leave the company . 3 years bond 3 months notice period non-negotiable Very less salary Very bad infrastructure. office looks like a coaching institute. Don't want to spend a single penny on infrastructure and on employees. Service sector companies like design tech system makes full use of unemployment. They know that people in India are willing to work at low level salary for the sake to getting the jobs and industrial experiences.That is why they hire only freshers who are willing to work for 10000 rupees also. They will train these freshers for 15 days and send it to the client location by making fake resumes. The amount of billing they use to get by sending people to the client location is 80000-90000 and from that they pay 10000 to 15000 to the people working on client location. Rest they will put inside there pocket. They will not invest a single penny on employees and on infrastructure. If u will get jobs somewhere else they will tell you that u have to serve 3 months notice period other wise they will not give u an experience certificate. Normally many people leaves design tech system without getting an experience certificate and without informing the managers.Companies like design tech system no matter how much profit they earn still and will always remains a shit company....Read More
