The incentive structure is good. But it will get after 2 months only That's demotivating from doing business

Dislikes

There is no respect to the employee who is performing also. Salary will credit middle of the next month, incentives will get after 60 days. We can't find anything good at workplace

Iam really glad i survived in the company for an year. Trust me if you guys get another good job resigning the job is not an option. If at all resigned 45 days salary has to be paid for the company and you will get a 1 year country ban from the company...

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
