Nothing. Very bad Company.

Dislikes

1) Worst Company i have ever worked with. Hire and fire Company. Work environment is extremely toxic. 2) They have ' give me this work in next 30 minutes' work culture. 3) Some vertical heads in the Company are extremely short tempered. They keep on shouting and create extreme work pressure. 4)HR policies are not in favour of employees. You can't take casual leaves on Friday and Monday. You cannot encash leaves. 5)They want you to work 10 hours a day i.e. don't go to home unless you finish your daily task, even if that work can't be completed in one day. 6) The lunch time is not fixed every day some teams goes to lunch at 3 in the afternoon. 7)Probation period is a myth here they fire the employees within 2 months of joining without even thinking about his career. They don't give any hand holding support. 8) They charge money from employees for tea and coffee....Read More

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
