This company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest Technology. I love the fact that I am part of team that markets reliable, high quality of work has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here. So i am ready to rejoin to the organization.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, growth is high. The work pressure is very high. Some times, I have worked 13 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client/user calls some times late into the night.

Work Details

I will get recognized for all this effort. All the travel involed gets a little hectic sometimes. As long as I get to work closely with client, it will be a great learning experience.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

NO job training, no guidance, no proper documents/ incomplete user requirements, no kt's with more than half imagination u need to fulfil the requirements.

Dislikes

No team work, individual that too every hour status u need to provide on the requirements. the much less i talk about innovation creativity it would be better. worst software company ( it should be cmm level -3). i would rate much worse than this.
