Deloitte Consulting is Scam after hiring you they will transfer you to some other city as client location and you have to manage all expenses by own and after some month's they will reurmberce you there is also condition you have submit claim within month.

Toxic managers keep staying in the firm. Leadership does nothing to help and employees keep leaving in helpless situation. Managers yell at their reportees and there's no respect

Great place for collaboration and networking. Amazing facilities but restricted usage based on career level. Decent leadership depending on the business you're in. Okay benefits and hybrid work environment.

Dislikes

Not market leaders in terms of compensation. Deloitte plays it safe by staying in top 5 for pay. Promotions happen only if there is enough budget in the business and Business leader's personal preference. Too many rules and restrictions.

The culture is really bad. They monitor your food breaks, times you get up from your chair etc. They dont have many clients or a lot of work however they want you to stick to your chair. The seniors are not supportive. This place made my life hell!

1.Work exposure which we get working is exceptional 2. In my team anyone can meet partner directly without hesitation

1. No work life balance 2. More focus is on client, client can delay giving the data in which no one says anything to client but our deadline for deliverable remains same which create lots of pressure.
