It's my first company so I can't really compare it with any other companies. But I think leaves are enough, the wellbeing subsidy is a good help.

They asked us to come to office thrice a week and stopped the travel allowance. I'm from Mumbai and came to Hyderabad because this was my base location. From past 2 years I stayed here and whenever I ask for a relocation to Mumbai they just start to give me bad reviews in my snapshots. No rewards and recognition even after meeting deadlines. Everything is a show there. Nothing is actually what it is. You take a day off its an issue which they will pick it during quarterly review.
