Only thing i like about Deloitte is them sending the employees to other locations Other than that there is nothing good about this company especially for an associate analyst

Expectations are out of this world they expect you to work over time everyday and even after that they wont give you a good hike or promote you until 4 years on top of that the shift here is very bad 11 am- 8pm apparently but you are required to work till 9 pm everyday because they set meetings at end of the day with onshore team and you can’t even say you won’t because everyone else will be doing it and they would say your ratings will go down if you dont work overtime and sometimes they ask you to work way late till 11pm sometimes till 12 am too this company is not worth doing all this even if you do it you wont be promoted and which big 4 doesn’t provide cab services to the employees and which company doesn’t provide you fuel allowance i would not recommend any of my friends or people i know to work at Deloitte its enough im suffering here please dont join not especially as an associate analyst bad company to start your career with i would say...Read More
