Full of politics. No promotion for worthful person. Promotion first preference will be given to person who create a show infront of managers. Example:-Unnecessary perks in terms of yearly well being by asking to buy some products instead if they give that amount in yearly bonus or hike that would more worthy to employees. When we try to discuss regarding the work which we done in the year then they start some cinematic story. Your salary is already high or outside market is done. Your are star performer in the whole year but still something is missing you are not a role model or when they give promotion by mistake Your name will not be in the list. The Peeple, The culture, The leadership visits with free food :), Work satisfaction at least in finance teams, and Occasional ethnic wear :), these all make the Deloitte best. However, I know the culture may vary from team to team, but if you are able to find a good team, you are all sorted.

Dislikes

The hikes are not that good, and last year bonus was also not that great.. Hope this will improve in coming years.

Worst work management, all they need is work to be done irrespective of knowledge you had, if your are a java developer, they'll ask you write code in php and get it done ASAP. They say they'll follow agile methodology but in reality they follow spreadsheets and no billable hours given until you asked 100 times, in the mean time you'll get senior leader mails for not maintaining proper timesheets.
