1.) Great work from home culture 2.) Culture and employee well being culture is great with monetary benefits 3.) Team / seniors are generally supportive 4.) Pay is better than other Big 4

Dislikes

1.) Slowly turning into a pure offshore model with more of transition and backend roles 2.) Health insurance is subpar 3.) Fresh H1B visas are not getting applied

Work Details

It's in cycles. For short term projects with small team size, working hours are very very hectic but for long term implementation type projects with larger team size, work life balance is good

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
