Managers/Senior managers are technically not having enough knowledge, every task they expect to complete in 10 to 15 min. They even not having enough knowledge on product/Project as well late night work. Even worked on week ends with no benefits. Calling at late night and asking to login and work. Managers/Senior managers are fail to estimate real time efforts.
