More politics and bad appreciation/increments. If anyone looking for constant slow growth with less pressure, go for it. For the other who want the appreciation to the work contribution it is completely depending on the Partner who is leading the project and who is friendly to him.

The Peeple, The culture, The leadership visits with free food :), Work satisfaction at least in finance teams, and Occasional ethnic wear :), these all make the Deloitte best. However, I know the culture may vary from team to team, but if you are able to find a good team, you are all sorted.

Dislikes

The hikes are not that good, and last year bonus was also not that great.. Hope this will improve in coming years.

Dislikes

Too much politics, cannot be peaceful in such an environment. The whole leadership plays by these politics and do not promote anyone who are not "yes-man" or participate in these politics. Job safety is there unless they managers do not like you, in which case they will quiet fire you by torturing you till you leave yourself.

The name is only big and everyone thinks it's the greatest company since it is big4. but the reality is totally different.Long working hours, office politics, toxic work culture, no to very less hikes and pay scale band is the lowest .
