Job Security - FTE's can happily stay till they retire - 10/10, Work Culture - TSS has great work culture, especially in my team 10/10, Management - Leadership is concerned and takes every impact we create into consideration. Company policies - you can happily retire here, no bothering issues.

Trainings/ Learning: not so worthy trainings available across its platforms. Career growth : it takes considerably long time to grow even if you have great knowledge and consistently receive good ratings. Salary / Appraisal: No issues, you will not regret , they will not disappoint in salary, appraisals are best as long as you work good, they are okay, even if you are below their expectations. politics: I didn't see any in TSS Work environment: everyone has a dedicated laptop, WFH is never an issue.
