Likes

They are least supportive for the employees who all are on probation, they are still hiring freshers What example they are setting up for other. All are politics politics politics. Nothing is there to learn for CA they just offer high package so that no one will question about work

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
