-Business experience designers aka BXD is a fancy post they use for product owners -there is no guidance on what is the culture, no learning or growth (u don’t get time after working for 14+hrs) -people from kanpur have fancy london return acsents (they have never visited any destination outside india) sit in the top management while sincere ones toil day in and day out -lot of politics, favouritism, turning blind to the goof ups done by their beloved employees and to employees who raise a voice against red flags they push out from the team and tell blame u infront of management (they are not worth it) and why the hell did you rate me so well for past 2 years -horrible organization, alot of sexism where young beautiful women are preferred in client facing roles and if u r married or ugly nobody will even say a hi to you. -there is no work ethics, no decorum. If US Deloitte colleague can expect you to be awake at 3am and respond to them but If u r USI u cannot put forth ur working hours boundaries -and yes, everything is your fault if you dont push back...Read More
