Everything is very good, be it work culture, work life balance or stable life and most importantly the tag of working in a big company you get is great. Not a great place for super talented individual, your career growth would not be as per your expectation, it will if you are at a higher position but when you are working at a node,they wont value you much in terms of your capability, you will be just equal as other employees. This place was my first job, straight-out-of-college, and the experience was wonderful. 2.7 years of work and fun. There is always something going on in the background along with the work, because 'All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy'. And being in such a place, there is no room for dullness. The work culture, work environment, work-life balance are just what one needs and might be more. I have nothing to compare it to but those who have worked there or who are still working, they can connect well. There is so much to be learnt from everyone around. Whoever said that if you are Jack of all trades, you cannot be master of any, it may not be true if you are in Deloitte. You can do whatever you want, learn whatever you want. There are opportunities, there is a support from team and leadership. You want to work and study, go ahead and do it; you want to take a break from work for some personal issues, you will get all the aid and support you need and so much more. Earlier, the number of levels was less. Therefore, the growth could be expected to be faster. However, recently some changes were initiated in the structure of advisory which included more level or rather it can be said that the levels were sub-divided, so the growth might be slower. Explaining further, if one was aiming to reach a level in next 5years, but now that might take a bit longer. But this has some advantages to it, for example, at associate levels, earlier one had to wait for 2 years for promotion, but now it will be around the corner.
