I got selected in enabling areas teams, it consists of all internal projects of Deloitte. There is no scope if you work here for QA Engineer. They want only manual work not automation.

The culture and the ppl. It's very open and welcoming, you can be yourself without being judged. All latest tech used makes you stand out in the job market.

Work pressure is there for sure at certain times. To much unwanted process because of the well defined structure they have which can be time taking

The tenured leadership is sick and do not want any fresh approach, Leaders who are stuck for years are very in-secured to take bold calls for the good of process and always in the mood of let go. Especially in the enabling areas the leaders are only for sake to be on org charts and have made the whole enabling areas as family affair. Big time body shoppers. Deloitte Consulting is Scam after hiring you they will transfer you to some other city as client location and you have to manage all expenses by own and after some month's they will reurmberce you there is also condition you have submit claim within month.
