There will be no work life balance, they won’t hesitate to give work on Saturdays & Sundays too. People have to work like machines. Feeling like outside will get same financial benefit with reasonable pressure.

Its a women leadership company. Favouritism and office politics are toxic. Too much wokism. Feedbacks are not direct. Coach and managers speaks with High sounding words, essentially means nothing. Unless you are aligned to their politics you are out

The name is only big and everyone thinks it's the greatest company since it is big4. but the reality is totally different.Long working hours, office politics, toxic work culture, no to very less hikes and pay scale band is the lowest .
