It's a company with one of the most unique cultures. Constant learning through processes is possible if you keep a tab on company norms regularly.

There's no clarity about where you stand or what your priorities are. On some days, because of the unique leadership value culture, you may feel confused as to what your contributions are.

Help me choose

Hi all, Could you please help me choose between Deloitte USI(16fixed+1.6VP), DBS tech India(16LPA base+ 2.4VP), DTCC (yet to discuss) for 4YOE Java Angular Full stack developer role. Location: Hyderabad I was more interested in working product based company with good WLB inorder to upskill myself. How much salary should I negotiate with DTCC and also please guide me which organisation to join interns of work culture and career growth.TIA
