Promotions Cycles, need to network very well to be seen, need to be very very proactive, instead of directly getting invitations for involvement.

Work Details

Work policy: Generally expected from leadership to work on 2-3 days a week, but time is not tracked, so depends on Managers, however I believe they are trying to make it stricter, since Deloitte is Networking

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
