Toxic politics that has off late started to build up due to leadership being biased and their illogical favoutism driven decisions. Which is making it not so the employee friendly organisation of future.

I work for internal project and believe me once you will join u will get so many thing like salary hike is minimum 6% and usually 8-9% for average person. Gifts in all festival, lunch from client in ever 2-3 month, some times mid increment, medical leave will be extra 9 days, i was getting travel allowance, bonus at eoy, 25000 for your external exp. Although it's a project specific thing, but you can manage your work life balance in most of the projects for majority of the days. Company policies are mostly good from well being point of view.

1. Project switch is extremely difficult if you are a good resource. Working at a boring PMO work can affect your career. 2. Decisions are extremely dependent on Partners. So partner's ego is a huge thing you need to take care of. If you change your project team and partner, most likely the partner will come back to your appraisal and ruin it</mark>. 3. It's getting very much operate focused now-a-days. Competing with TCS, Wipro mostly. Strategic advisory part has squeezed a lot. If you are a top tier MBA, Deloitte is definitely not a place for you now. 4. Salary is more than other Big4, but far less than other Tier A consulting firms. 5. Some of the P/D/ADs are very inefficient and slow in getting new client/project/doing regular job, and dependency on them is high. So many times you will get frustrated 6. The work environment is highly hierarchical, where associates at lower levels often go unrecognized for their efforts.
