cannot think of anything as EMC's culture was on the other spectrum when compared to dell . Management in my opinion is very good from a market perspective as they make decisions that help the org stay at the top from a street ask. This offcourse is done by selling internal companies RSA, portion of VMware etc etc . There is nothing to like at all, immediate leaders don't possess software development knowledge and are too much into politics. Too much micromanagement.

No recognition, no compensation hike, no appreciation, too much work pressure, leaders are worst, and too much tracking and micro-managements. Not worth joining the company. All day works and standups including weekends. There is too much pressure at work and there are always very strict and tight deadlines. Zero work-life balance. Downwards learning curve.
