I didn't find any growth in the organization. My leadership team are only focusing on hiring freshers and working with them and not even bothering of the experienced candidates ( One example I can give is when I joined the organization I worked with 60+ experienced candidates and all those people left one after the other and currently only freshers are left. This can be because of multiple reasons). Secondly coming to salary part, a fresher is earning more than a experienced candidate and company is not even trying to match the salary but also no proper promotions. 5 years back at the time of my initial training, I was given a proper training with whole technical part and quality of the solution but later on management in now only focusing on quantity than quality of the solution.
