There is nothing to like at all, immediate leaders don't possess software development knowledge and are too much into politics. Too much micromanagement.

No recognition, no compensation hike, no appreciation, too much work pressure, leaders are worst, and too much tracking and micro-managements. Not worth joining the company. Best work culture Good work life balance. Senior Management is good and supportive Various opportunities to work on different tech stacks or framework. So able to get good opportunities to learn.
