There is nothing to like at all, immediate leaders don't possess software development knowledge and are too much into politics. Too much micromanagement.

No recognition, no compensation hike, no appreciation, too much work pressure, leaders are worst, and too much tracking and micro-managements. Not worth joining the company. All day works and standups including weekends. There is too much pressure at work and there are always very strict and tight deadlines. Zero work-life balance. Downwards learning curve. Best work culture Good work life balance. Senior Management is good and supportive Various opportunities to work on different tech stacks or framework. So able to get good opportunities to learn. Good opportunities in Dell EMC data storage domain. Dell has strong vision and planning in data storage domain
