Though it's a government organization but the entire team has worked in complete start-up mode and achieved so much in a very short span. Its been only 2 years since the university was formed and the hiring for various job roles is still ongoing.

I was mentally harassed by the administrative head of the university and some guy from the Partnership team. No one will tell you what to do and suddenly you will receive a call from persons who have nothing to do with the project and will ask you about the project updates and those things which are not even related to you, unnecessary queries. They will blame you for everything that has not been done or not done well and take credit for all the things that went well. They will denigrate you in front of your team members and staff. Only fellows of the university have a hold and influence on the administrative people. You will be treated as a slave. I resigned after a month because I was not able to fight with them.
